Return Policy

Before shipping, all Sensidolls products undergo strict inspections. We are committed to ensuring that the products leaving our factory meet the customized requirements of our customers.

For the following situations, we may resend the product, redo the customization, or offer a partial refund:

  1. Significant Discrepancy: If the product significantly deviates from the factory/website images without being used, you need to provide us with an unboxing video (including full body, head, shipping label, and outer packaging).
  2. Doll Damage: In case the package is severely damaged, you should file a claim with the carrier after receiving the package. We will arrange a replacement based on the severity of the damage. For minor damages, we will provide all necessary kits to assist you in repairing the item.
  3. Package Loss: If the tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received anything, please contact the carrier (UPS/FedEx) and file a claim as soon as possible.

The following issues are considered normal and cannot be used as reasons for return:

  1. Small Dents on the Skin
  2. Partial Fading or Peeling of Nail Color
  3. Slight Curvature of the Doll

For these issues, please contact our customer service, and we will provide you with repair guidance.

  • No returns or exchanges are allowed on undamaged dolls.
  • Ensure that the shipping address is correct. Products returned due to the inability to deliver will not be refunded. If you receive the product and do not contact us within 7 days, it will be assumed that the product meets your expectations and is not eligible for return.
